With over 15 years in the fitness industry including my time as a professional football player, I have developed the knowledge, skills and expertise to use exercise as a tool and hobby to aid you in achieving your health and fitness goals.

My extensive skill set and experiences over the years have given me the ability to work with a wide range of individuals with different goals and requirements, varying from weight loss to muscle building or more specifically, sports performance.

 I will ensure you commit to regular quality exercise to give you your best shot at successfully achieving your short or long term goals.

Your training will be tailored to you and the fitness goals you have. Usually everybody’s best intentions to exercise or eat well fall apart when we get a busier workload or social calendar, we easily lose focus on our goals or develop another excuse not to do what we know we need to do. The real benefits of leading a physically active lifestyle can be achieved when you stick to a program and make a regular habit, leading to a complete lifestyle change. No matter whether you have a hectic lifestyle with plenty of commitments, a busy work life and social calendar, we can ensure you get the best out of your training at times that suit you.

Expanding on my experiences as a professional football player, I replicate your training with athletes in mind, replicating their training, movement and performance. If you look at most sports professionals now, they don’t just base their training around a single type of training, they vary the training they do. This can consist of high cardio, strength training and balance and stability, meaning no two sessions are the same. This way, we ensure your training is always varied whilst staying progressive. We will work on your movement and co-ordination to ensure there are no imbalances or weaknesses. Training doesn’t have to be boring and mundane, we keep it exciting and refreshing every session.

My aim is to change your outlook on quality exercise and leading a healthy lifestyle whilst acting as your motivator, supporter and educator to get you through this challenge!



The initial consultation takes approximately 60 minutes. It is essential so we can discuss your fitness goals, medical conditions, injuries and current health habits – all things I need to consider which dictates the planning of your exercise sessions and the best approach for you.


I realise that you are an individual. Your health and fitness requirements are not the same as everyone else, nor is the time available you have to exercise the same. By having a Personal Trainer custom-build a fitness approach that caters to you, your goals and your lifestyle habits will give you your best chance of success.


Having been a cronic start-and-stop exerciser with nothing really to show for it, this time I was determined to not let this happen again. In about 6 weeks I dropped two dress sizes from a 14 to a size 10. The results speak for themselves, and am feeling great! Thank you so much Danny for all your help.
